Bee Fun Fitness was created with the intention of helping you reach your fitness goals – whether that’s dropping some weight, toning up, getting fitter or keeping active during pregnancy.

You will get to try the latest fun fitness trends that are proven to get results, and will keep you coming back for more.

The classes currently on offer are Belrobics Baby Bumps (antenatal fitness),The Powerhoop Workout and new for 2016 POUND® – Rockout Workout.  You can read more about each class here.

As a busy mum of two I know how difficult it can be to get motivated to exercise, especially after a long day when you have put the kids to bed and just want to sit in front of the tv. I discovered The Powerhoop Workout and very quickly saw my body transform. I lost 6 inches from my waist and not once did I feel like I was exercising . I knew I had to bring the class to others and completed the necessary training to become a Powerhoop Instructor. I am also a Powerhoop Brand Ambassador.

 

Since training to teach Powerhoop I have completed Belrobics Baby Bumps training and gained my Level 3 Pre & Post-natal qualification to be able to offer something different to expectant mums-to-be.  I have just passed my Instructing Physical Activity for Children qualification and will be launching Globe Fit Hoola after school clubs and holiday workshops next year.  POUND® will also be added to the timetable as well as a circuit/HIIT style class now I have obtained an Award in Circuit Training

2016 looks set to be a brilliant year for Bee Fun Fitness with something on offer for the whole family!
