Do you want to attend a class that will have you smiling from start to finish but will get you noticeable results?

Boxercise is a fun, varied class that incorporates boxing and fitness to give a very effective workout.  Each week you will notice your strength improving and your punches getting stronger.

In addition to increased upper body strength (needed when it comes to picking up children) you will notice improved cardiovascular fitness and stamina, improved core strength and tone tummy muscles and you will every sessions in a brilliant mood!

It’s a fantastic class for stress relief and you will get to social with a very group of ladies.

Sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Exercises can be tailored to your personal needs as class size it limited to 12.
